Our Connections Program is an important and exciting part of what we do at Shiloh. Summer camp is an amazing experience and at Shiloh, we want our kids to have the chance to be plugged into positive programming year-round.
Our fall to spring programming runs from October to April and has something for everybody! Our events run on either a Monday or Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00pm. Dinner or snack is served at every event and there is no cost for any of them. These events could be anything from attending the corn maze to going skating, sledding, volunteering, or just meeting for hot chocolate in the park.
With the permission of the parents/guardian, there is also regular one-on-one mentorship opportunities! Connections staff may meet our campers for coffee, help them with homework, come to their extracurricular activities, or take them to youth groups and drop-in centres.
We have seen the difference that a positive influence and connection with a mentor can have on a young life and we are excited about the opportunity to help guide our Shiloh kids in the right direction.

*NEW* Weekly Drop-In Big Group: All students aged 7-17 are invited to these events. This program will be running out of the Abbottsfield Recreation Centre (ARC) EVERY Wednesday Oct 4 - Dec 13. Activities will vary each week but may include 9 Square, art activities, homework help, cooking, gym games and various other activities.
